FAQ

Questions

Who is in the directory?
An agency whose own site says it offers GEO, AEO or AI search visibility work, with its headquarters or a staffed office in the city. Each entry links that page and says when it was read, and is read again at least every six months. A city is listed once it has 10 agencies.
Is it a ranking?
No. Agencies are listed by name, and an entry says what the agency says about itself: no score, no review, no rank. It is not a recommendation, and it is not a list of who uses Passcite. Any entry is corrected or taken off when the agency asks: its page here says how, or write to hello@passcite.com.
What does a GEO agency do?
It works on what AI assistants say when someone asks them for a business like yours: whether they name it, what they say about it, and which pages they cite. Most of the work is on the business's own site and on the directories, reviews and articles the assistants quote.
What should I ask an agency before hiring one?
Which questions it will track for you, on which assistants, and how it will show whether you were named. What it changes on your site, and what off it. And a dated report for a client like you, with the questions it asked.
