Something wrong with a report

Send the link to the run. The address of a report is the whole of what we need to find it — which questions were asked, which engines answered, what was read from the site and when. If the report named the wrong industry or the wrong town, say so in the same message: that is usually why the questions were wrong, and it is fixable in the client’s Settings tab before the next run.

Billing and invoices

Paid plans are settled by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record: it charges the card and issues the invoice, so the receipt in your inbox comes from them. Cards, invoices and cancellation live behind Manage billing in your dashboard. The terms — a full refund within fourteen days of the first charge, and a refund without asking if something we published damaged a client’s site — are on the refunds page. The crawler on your client’s site

It is called PassciteBot, it reads at most a few dozen pages of a site a report was requested for, and it obeys a named refusal in robots.txt without exception. What it reads and how to refuse it is its own page, and the user agent links there so an unfamiliar line in a log file leads somewhere.

Your data, and having it deleted

What is stored, who else touches it, and how to have it removed are in the privacy policy. A deletion request by email to the address above is honoured — you do not need an account to ask, and you do not need to explain why.

Press, partnerships, and everything else

Same address. It is one person, so a short message with the actual question in it gets a better answer than a meeting request.
