Three review directories hold the category. The bootcamps they rank get named.

Coding Temple was named on six of the twenty-one questions that never mention it. Course Report was cited on twenty-nine of the thirty, Career Karma on twenty-three, SwitchUp on sixteen — and the bootcamps that do get named are the ones those directories rank highly: Nucamp on twenty-three questions, Springboard on thirteen. Reddit sits under twenty-six of the answers. The price questions show the gap most plainly: 'how much does a software engineering bootcamp cost' went to Course Report and Forbes, and 'affordable coding bootcamp' to Scrimba, Nucamp and TripleTen, while the site's own tuition page was cited by nobody. The report's prescription is two pages — 'best for beginners' on the FAQ and 'best for working professionals' on the homepage — plus the Trustpilot and BBB profiles that are already being read.
