Getting a Framer site cited by AI
The five things a report asks for, and where each lives
Checked 2026-09-14. Platforms change what they expose; if one of these is out of date, it is out of date visibly rather than quietly.

The normal page editor.
Design-first sites often say less than they look like they say
A Framer site tends to be visually dense and textually thin: three words per section, the rest carried by layout and motion. An engine reads the three words. When a report comes back saying a site does not answer pricing, process or who it is for, the answer is usually that the page says it in a way only a human can see.
Why there is no writer for this platform
No Framer writer is planned. Framer's CMS makes the content actions quick to do by hand.
Either way the report splits its actions into two columns: what we publish for you and what only you can do — claiming a directory profile, fixing a Google Business listing, answering the questions a page has been avoiding. The second column has checkboxes, because a re-test run before you have done those is a re-test measuring nothing.
Where to start on Framer
None of this needs an account with us. The AI crawler checker and the Website metadata checker answer the technical questions in about a minute.
- 01
Read your own page as plain text
Strip the design out of your head and read only the sentences. That is the input.
- 02
Add the head code once per template
Schema on a CMS template covers every page it renders.
- 03
Keep the copy in text layers, not in the graphic
Framer writes text layers into the published HTML; words inside an image, an SVG or a video are not read. If the price is in a graphic, it is not on the page.
